Phagocytosis of Staphylococcus aureus by human neutrohils in the presence of normal serum. The neutrophil membrane is stained with WGA-Alexa-647 (red), the nucleus with SYTO-82 (blue), and bacteria constituvely express intracellular GFP (green).
